Journalist and PR professional with a dual master’s in Strategic Communications and Marketing, Stanford-certified in Innovation & Growth, Revenue Architect by Winning by Design, and graduate of the AWS Revenue Acceleration Program. With over 12 years in growth and revenue at startups, he was CRO of SimpliRoute and now leads at LemonTech (backed by A-KKR). His kids were his first testers when he vibe-coded his own edtech prototype.
When he saw Fabián was looking for a co-founder, they met the next day. The match was instant. He leads strategy, go-to-market, and business development with schools.

Fabián is the origin of Florit. He developed educational programs in schools and taught programming to elementary and high school students, seeing firsthand how children flourish when given the right tools.
His personal story led him to believe that skills like critical reading and deep thinking should not depend on which school you attend. That conviction is Florit’s mission.

Mónica Valentina Varas Gómez
Over 22 years in education and digital transformation. At Vitamina, she led digital strategy and product for 17 years, rising to Interim CEO in São Paulo. An early childhood educator by training, with a postgraduate degree in Psychopedagogy and Stanford certification in Leadership in the Age of AI.
She understands early childhood education from the inside, knows how to scale digital products for families, and has the pedagogical network to validate every piece of content. She gives Florit its educational soul.
